How the Service Works
For a weekly charge, we deliver fresh, clean, soft diapers to you. When you begin the service, we deliver the number of diapers that you (and we) estimate your baby will need. Once a week we come to your door - or wherever you arrange with us - to pick up the used diapers and leave fresh ones for your baby. We come on the same day every week, except for holidays, at approximately the same time of day. We can adjust your supply up or down as needed on a few days notice.
It is as simple as that. You don't need to rinse or soak the diapers; you simply shake off any solids into your toilet and put the diaper in the pail. On your scheduled delivery day, tie the top of your bag with the twist tie we left with the clean diapers (or a knot) and leave it out for pick-up. We exchange your bag for a bag of clean diapers. You take the clean diapers out of the liner and put them in the nursery, then line your diaper pail with the new liner (our bags fit perfectly in our diaper pails). It is nearly as easy as using disposables, but a whole lot softer and gentler on the environment and your baby's bottom.

To set up diaper service, simply call our office at 207-415-9469 or e-mail us, we'll figure out the right amount of diapers for your baby and plan your first delivery.
Payment
You can pay for service in a few different ways. We prefer payment by check, but also accept Paypal for pre-payment of 4 weeks or greater.
Diaper service is essentially a rental situation. You rent a set amount of diapers each week. Like a movie rental, you pay for it even if you don't watch/use it. If you find that you are using fewer diapers on a regular basis, simply call or e-mail and we can adjust the number of diapers for your next delivery. If you have pre-paid, you will have a credit for the decrease in diapers.
If someone you know wants to be billed for your diaper service (lucky you!), we can arrange billing to suit their needs.
Expecting a Baby?
If you would like to use the service with the child you are expecting, call us for your pre-birth delivery. We deliver a set of diapers a week or two before your due date so you have diapers ready when your baby arrives. At that time, we also deliver covers and/or a pail if you choose to purchase those through us. When your baby is born, you call us and we'll plan to pick up dirty diapers on the next diaper delivery date and begin regular service.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination you choose and are a great gift for busy parents. Please call, e-mail or fill out the inquiry form and we will be in contact promptly to make the necessary arrangements.
Service Area
We currently deliver to the communities of Portland, South Portland, Scarborough, Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth, North Yarmouth, Freeport, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, Westbrook and Gorham. We have recently expanded to parts of Saco and we have a special situation in Brunswick that allows us to deliver to that area. If you live in or around Saco or Brunswick, contact us for details. If you live outside our delivery area, contact us and we may be able to work something out by arranging delivery at friend or relative's home or your workplace.
